Meeting in KK

Flight to KK yesterday night. Stayed at 8th floor of the peak apartment, facing seaview, beautiful!
Brief  RD the work progress, he advised to make sure to complete on time, this is challenge!
Meet up with consultants today at 11am, see some promises and hope things will materialize next week.
KKhq, JC is hurry to Kuching, just manage to tell him what actions I will take and what he suppose to help on.Later, have a detail discussion with GM on the next move and strategies to take.

Leaving hq at 3pm, along the coastal road, good day, windy, slighly rough sea, fantastic view along the way, hope every things will go as i wish when back to SDK.

It is always hard to achieve fruitful result if person involve is not prepared when attending the meeting.
Also, discussion will not be concluded if decision is not made because no key person is attending.

A day in Politeknik Sandakan Project Site

Work start as early as 6am, answer routine natural calls, dress up, performance morning prayer, then head to the coffee shop located opposite the petrol station to have my light breakfast.
I use to stop over at Taman Permata before 8am, have few words with person in charge, gather information about the works, give out instructions if necessary, then dirve to politeknik Sandakan job site.
There are a team of operation staff work together with me. I used to let them free hand to performance their daily duties and closely monitor them to ensure works are on track.

Life in sandakan 2

The assignment of requirements engineering and interface design submission due date is on 8th of march.
I'm now 51 years old, sometime I think do I really need to acquire this knowledge and be trained as a software engneer or software designer to increase my income for my goldern age, or do I still be able to cope up with the hectic schedule of works as well as study?
I might have another 10 or 15 years in this world, still they are many things I feel I have not accomplish...

My Life in Sandakan

It is  heavy rain this morning,. The rain only stop at about 11am. I went out with RE Lau to have a drink at the Tien Kee restraurant. We discussed about how rain will affect our work progress; most of the external work will be unable to proceed, also since roofing sheet is not is placed, internal work like plastering, screeding, and brickwork will not be able to carry out at all!
What we hope the letter of eot is yet to be issued by architect, therefore the renewal of insurance is still pending. As contract will be end at the end of this month, pressure is mounting on everyone involve in this project how to find ways to expedite the remaining works.
